The liability clause ultimately imposes stricter limitations than your draft. It completely excludes consequential damages, whereas your standard clause covers intentional acts and gross negligence.
What has really changed?
Compare two versions of the same contract. KOALaw also identifies changes that have not been marked as “Track Changes” and explains their business implications.
In the section on force majeure, the wording was softened, even though the text is entirely new. This gives the supplier more leeway than in the previous version.
